4. Reversal FraudDo not pay for an order and call the telcos for reversal. Your account will be deleted without delay.
5. Agent Registration FeesDo not charge any other agent more than GH₵100 for the approval fee when they register through the link. If you're reported, your account will be deleted.
6. Unauthorized Group MarketingDo not create groups and use our premium membership packages to lure members to join our site.
7. Order FormattingDo not space your numbers or use +233 when placing your orders. If you do that, your order will be complete, but the client will not receive the order, and you'll lose money.
8. Resolution WindowAlways resolve all orders with issues before 6 hours of completion. Late complaints will be ignored, and you will lose your money.
9. No CancellationsOrder placed cannot be cancelled, neither will there be a refund for mistakes or errors, and no correction will be made after the first stage of the order is changed.
10. Referral PolicyIf you want to introduce our site to friends, send them the registration link to register.
11. Delivery TimesData delivery is not instant, and it can take up to 10 minutes to 1 hour or more to receive it.
12. Borrowed Credit/DataDon't buy data for a SIM card which has borrowed credit or data. Customers can lose the data automatically and cannot be reversed.
13. Account DormancyIf your account becomes inactive for more than 30 days, the system will automatically wipe it off, and you will have to register again.
14. Unsupported SIM CardsWe don't serve the listed SIM cards. No refund will be made when you request for the below SIM cards:
    A.Agent SIM

    B.Merchant SIM

    C.EVD SIM

    D.TurboNet SIMs

    E.Broadband SIMs

    F.Blacklisted SIM

    G.Roaming SIM

    H.Company/Group SIM

    I.Different Network

    J.Wrong/Invalid Numbers
15. Termination RightsWe have the right to terminate or dissolve your account if you're found to violate our terms and conditions.
